# Gangnam Style AI Video — Privacy

Purpose: Review how account data, uploaded photos and service data are handled.

The Privacy Policy explains the data used for browsing, account access, photo uploads, support and service operation. Selecting a local photo can create a browser-held draft. Photos are uploaded only when the user takes an action that explicitly requires upload. Uploaded setup files carry a 24-hour expiry and are removed by scheduled cleanup, but delayed or failed cleanup can extend actual storage until a later retry.

Facial images and appearance information are personal data. Depending on the technical processing, purpose and applicable law, identity-related features may also receive sensitive or biometric-data protection. The service does not use this workflow to authenticate people, match them against an identity database or build a facial-recognition database.

Clearing a browser draft, deleting a task and closing an account are separate actions. Generation and payment providers receive data only when the user explicitly submits a task or approves checkout. Google Analytics 4, Microsoft Clarity, Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights load only after the user allows optional analytics. GA4 can receive an internal user ID for signed-in activity and internal transaction, pack, currency and amount fields for purchase events; analytics events are not intended to include photos, filenames, email addresses, prompts or payment credentials.
