# Gangnam Style AI Video — Refund Policy

Purpose: Review unused-pack refunds, failed-task credit releases and quality-review rules.

The Refund Policy distinguishes cash refunds from service-credit returns. An unused purchased pack qualifies for the site's voluntary full-refund policy when support receives the request within seven days of completed payment and none of that pack's credits have been consumed. Mandatory consumer rights still apply.

Failed or provider-blocked tasks release reserved credits automatically; that is not a cash refund. A completed task may qualify for a quality review when the file is corrupted, unplayable or unavailable to download; a selected Center, Left or Right subject is completely missing or replaced; the result is not 16:9; or an audio track expressly promised before submission is entirely missing because of a system assembly error. Confirmed cases return the credits actually consumed by that task. Ordinary AI variations and personal preference do not automatically qualify.

Refund requests are reviewed manually by email. Never send passwords or payment credentials.
