Gangnam Style AI ideas for your trio
Build the idea around one clear lead, an intentional solo order and one continuous scene. Center performs first and returns at the end; Right and Left take the next two solos. One portrait is enough, while two or three portraits let you cast more of the trio.

Four choices
- 1. Cast: one lead, one friend or a complete trio of consenting adults.
- 2. Center: the person who opens the solos and returns for the ending.
- 3. Solo order: Center, then Right, then Left.
- 4. Scene: Seoul, a preset or one short custom background description.
01 · Choose
Start with the cast, then assign the camera turns
Choose the cast size
One photo creates a clear lead with preset neutral adults at the sides. Two photos control Center and one side. Three photos control every role.
See the one-photo role mapPut the lead in Center
Center gets the first solo and the closing return. Right gets the second solo; Left gets the third. Use that order as the story of the clip.
Plan a trio with friendsUse separate adult portraits
Use one clear image per person you want to control. The workflow does not split a group selfie into three references, and every participant must agree to the use.
02 · Friends, teams and celebrations
Three playful ideas with a clear lead
Birthday trio
Cast: birthday person in Center, two friends on Right and Left. With one photo, preset adults fill the side roles.
Scene: Convenience store, or a custom generic rooftop birthday after-party. Center works because the birthday person opens and closes the sequence.
Check faces, hands, candles and any accidental brand marks.
After-hours team
Cast: team host in Center, then two coworkers in the order they should receive their solo moments.
Scene: Office overtime. Use casual portraits with similar clarity, and keep employer names, uniforms and confidential screens out of the source photos.
Check that all three identities remain distinct through the ending.
Group-chat regulars
Cast: put the person who normally starts the joke in Center; use Right and Left for the two friends who should answer next.
Scene: Convenience store or Seoul. Distinct clothing makes the three fast camera turns easier to follow without requiring matching outfits.
Check role order before retrying a face that appears in the wrong solo.
03 · Family, weddings and formal moments
Three polished ideas without copying a franchise
Wedding party
Cast: choose the bride or groom for Center, then assign two adult friends to Right and Left in the desired toast order.
Scene: Beach wedding. Use original, generic decorations and review formal clothing, hands and faces before placing the clip in a slideshow.
Three generations
Cast: three consenting adult relatives, with the person whose reaction should frame the clip in Center.
Scene: Seoul for a casual night-out mood or Hotel lobby for a formal portrait feel. Do not use a child as one of the generations.
Formal reunion
Cast: reunion host in Center, followed by two friends in Right and Left. Separate portraits are fine; the people do not need to have been photographed together.
Scene: Hotel lobby or a short custom gala background. Keep venue names and protected event branding out of the description.
04 · Scenes
Match one continuous scene to the relationship
The scene stays consistent through the group opening, three solos and Center return. Pick one recognizable context instead of trying to tell several stories in 15 seconds. If two scenes seem suitable, choose the one already suggested by the cast's relationship and clothing; a scene cannot repair weak source photos or an incorrect role assignment.
| Scene | Good fit | Use it well |
|---|---|---|
| Seoul | Friends, family, recognizable night-out look | Use the site's Seoul night reference without naming a real venue. |
| Convenience store | Birthdays, roommates, group-chat friends | Keep storefronts and products generic and logo-free. |
| Office overtime | Coworkers and project teams | Avoid real company marks and confidential material. |
| Beach wedding | Wedding party and adult family groups | Use original, generic decorations and formal styling. |
| Hotel lobby | Formal reunion and gala-style trio | Do not reproduce or name a real hotel brand. |
| Custom background | A specific celebration or original setting | Write one short, generic place description without brands or characters. |
05 · Roles and timing
Know exactly who appears in each camera turn
One photo
Your portrait controls Center. Preset neutral adults fill Right and Left; they are not failed copies of your face.
Two photos
Upload Center and choose whether the second person should take the Right or Left solo. The other side remains a preset adult.
Three photos
Assign a separate adult portrait to Center, Right and Left to control all three identities and their solo order.
0–2 seconds: all three performers open together.
2–4.9 seconds: Center takes the first solo.
4.9–8.4 seconds: Right takes the second solo.
8.4–12.3 seconds: Left takes the third solo.
12.3–15 seconds: Center returns for the ending.
Review every identity again in the final group frame.
06 · Output, evidence and responsibility
Know what every idea becomes before you generate
Current HD output
Each result is a 15-second, 16:9, 720p MP4. It includes the reference audio for rhythm and lip movement, not a clone of any participant's voice.
Account and credits
Submission requires sign-in. The current Single pack starts at $9.99 and includes 22 credits for one 720p generation, whether you upload one, two or three people.
Evidence boundary
One observed three-photo result confirms the fixed trio sequence. It does not prove that every face, hand, outfit or one of these six scene ideas will render consistently in future generations.
Use every subject responsibly
Use only photos of adults who agreed, pets you own or have permission to use, and plush toys you control. Do not upload minors, strangers, public figures or protected characters. Review the completed video before sharing it, label AI media where required and follow the destination platform's music rules.
If a face changes or appears in the wrong turn, use the face-matching troubleshooting guide before spending credits on another run.
07 · Questions
Gangnam Style AI ideas FAQ
What can I make with one photo?
One clear adult portrait controls the Center performer. The empty Right and Left positions use preset neutral adults, so a one-photo idea works best when one person is the obvious lead. The same face is not copied into all three roles.
What changes when I use two or three photos?
With two photos, use one for Center and assign the other to either Right or Left; the remaining side uses a preset neutral adult. With three photos, you control Center, Right and Left separately. The price is per generated video, not per uploaded person.
Which person should be Center, Right and Left?
Put the main subject in Center because Center receives the first solo and returns at the end. Right receives the second solo, and Left receives the third. Assign the two side roles according to the order in which you want friends to appear.
Can one group selfie control all three people?
No. The current workflow does not split one group selfie into three role references. Upload a separate image for each person you want to control, with one clear adult per photo.
Which scene works for each trio idea?
Seoul suits the recognizable night-out look; Convenience store fits friends and birthdays; Office overtime fits coworkers; Beach wedding fits wedding groups; and Hotel lobby fits formal reunions. You can also write a short custom background description.
What does the finished video include?
Each HD result is a 15-second, 16:9, 720p MP4. The final file includes the reference audio for rhythm and lip movement, but it does not clone a user's voice or grant rights to third-party music.
Do I need an account, and does adding friends cost more?
Sign-in is required to submit a generation. The current Single pack starts at $9.99 and includes 22 credits for one 720p generation. Adding side portraits does not change the per-video credit cost.
What happens if generation fails?
Credits are reserved when a task is submitted and consumed after successful completion. A failed or provider-blocked task releases the reserved credits. A completed retry uses credits again.
Can I use people, pets or plush toys?
Yes. Add any combination of consenting adults, pets and plush toys to Center, Left and Right. Center is required; empty side roles use preset adults. Do not upload minors, public figures, strangers or protected characters.
Have all of these ideas been tested?
One completed three-photo result documents the fixed trio sequence. The six cast-and-scene ideas in this guide are creative starting points; AI faces, fur, clothing, motion and background details can vary in every result.

How this guide was checked
On October 27, 2026, this guide was checked against the current upload roles, public scene names, pricing and the recorded three-photo example. The role order and output specifications are product facts. The six cast-and-scene recipes are creative starting points, and individual results vary with the uploaded subjects and scene choice.
- Product specifications: used for Center, Right and Left roles, empty-side behavior, scenes, 15-second output, audio, account and credit facts.
- Motion Transfer trio workflow — independently checked for its middle, right and left role sequence; its fixed street workflow is not evidence for this site's custom scenes.
- Competitor ideas guide — reviewed for relationship-based idea categories. This site now supports three-photo mixed casts, but not one-photo cloning.
- Read the trend explanation for the recognizable group-to-solos-to-group structure behind these ideas.
