Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 28, 2026
Gangnam Style AI Video is offered under the Seoul Neon Stage service name at gangnamstyleaivideo.fun. In this policy, “we” and “us” refer to the operator of that service. This policy explains how personal information is handled when you browse the website, create an account, upload photos, generate a video, make a payment or contact support. We are independent and unaffiliated with PSY, YG Entertainment or an official music video.
1. Information we collect
- Account and sign-in data: email address, name, account identifier, email verification status and profile picture when supplied. Google sign-in also provides authentication identifiers and tokens used to manage access. Email sign-in uses a verification code. Signing in does not import your Google Photos, Gmail messages or Drive files.
- Photos and generated media: one required center photo, up to two optional side photos, the selected background, and—for a submitted generation—generated character references, video and thumbnail.
- Generation and credit records: fixed performance sequence, selected background and 16:9 frame; submitted generations may also create records for instructions, task identifiers, file URLs, timestamps, status, errors, credits used and credit adjustments.
- Payment records: order and transaction identifiers, packages, amounts, currency, payment status and billing details returned by the payment provider. Payment credentials go to the provider; we do not store full payment card numbers or security codes.
- Technical data: session records, IP addresses, browser and device information, access times, page activity, performance measurements and diagnostic logs.
- Marketing attribution data: campaign parameters, referring domain, landing page, country code, broad device category and timestamps used to connect account registration, purchases and product activity with acquisition channels. We do not store a full IP address, city or device fingerprint for attribution. You may contact us to request access to or deletion of this account-linked data.
- Support correspondence: your email address, messages and files you choose to send us.
2. Photo and AI processing
Before you submit
Selecting a photo creates an on-page setup view. This generator can save the selected photos and setup choices in this browser so you can return after sign-in or plan selection.
A saved setup can be restored for up to 24 hours. You can remove it with Clear saved setup and photos in the generator or by clearing this site's browser data. Saving a setup alone does not upload photos. The site also stores a job identifier locally so you can return to a submitted job.
After you submit
Selecting a photo or plan does not itself upload the photo. Upload occurs only when you continue with an action that explicitly requires it. Uploaded setup files are stored privately with your account and carry the expiry described below. When you submit a generation task, its media follows the separate task-retention rules shown in this policy.
For a submitted generation task, the disclosed provider may prepare character references for the Center and selected side performers and use the fixed performance sequence, background and instructions for the 16:9 result.
Your generated result
For a submitted generation, the provider creates a 16:9 video from the confirmed setup. We retrieve and store the resulting video and thumbnail for account viewing and download.
Photos and reference images show a person’s appearance and clothing. We use them to guide the lead or selected companions in the group-performance video. We do not use this workflow to identify people or build a facial recognition database. Google sign-in data is used for your account, not as input to AI generation.
Facial images and appearance information are personal data. An enabled generation workflow may analyze facial and appearance features to keep a character visually consistent. Depending on the processing, purpose and applicable law, some jurisdictions may treat this information as sensitive personal information or biometric data. We do not use it to authenticate you, match you against an identity database, make eligibility decisions or build a facial-recognition database. These limits do not remove protections provided by applicable law.
Seoul Neon Stage will never use your uploaded photos, character references or generated videos to train or fine-tune AI models. This commitment covers our own use of your media. When you submit a generation, the disclosed provider's retention and training policies apply to its processing. Do not upload photos if these limits are unacceptable to you.
3. How we use information
- Authenticate you, maintain your account and deliver generations and downloads.
- Manage purchases, credits, payment reconciliation and failed-task credit returns.
- Provide support and necessary sign-in, billing, security and service messages, including an account-confirmation welcome email. A newly registered user may separately opt in to a first-video reminder. If that user has not submitted a video after 48 hours, we send one reminder at the next successful scheduled check. The reminder includes an unsubscribe link.
- Diagnose failures and improve reliability using operational and usage information.
- Investigate unauthorized photo use, abuse, fraud and security incidents, and meet legal obligations.
Improving the service does not authorize training on your content or publication of it. Authorized team members may access content when needed for support, troubleshooting, safety or legal requests. We do not use uploaded photos or generated videos for advertising. Optional analytics events are described below; the site denies advertising storage and personalization in its Google tag configuration.
Where EEA or UK data protection law applies, our legal bases depend on the activity: contract performance for account, generation and billing services; legitimate interests for proportionate security, fraud prevention and diagnostics; legal obligations for required records; and consent for optional public display and other processing requiring consent. Withdrawal does not affect processing that was lawful beforehand.
4. Service providers and disclosures
The table distinguishes core processors from services that receive data only when you choose the relevant feature or allow optional analytics.
| Service provider | Data received | Purpose | Trigger condition | Retention limits |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Vercel, Neon and Cloudflare R2 | Website requests and diagnostics; account, session and upload records; privately stored uploaded media. | Host the site, authenticate accounts, store service records and hold uploaded media needed for the requested workflow. | Core service processing: browsing creates ordinary hosting logs; account and media data are processed only when you sign in or upload. | Browser and first-party media periods are listed below. Database, security logs and provider backups may remain as needed for operation, recovery, disputes or legal duties. |
| Google sign-in | Authentication identifiers, email address, name and profile image supplied by Google. | Authenticate and maintain your account. | Only when you choose Google sign-in; it does not import Google Photos, Gmail or Drive files. | Account and session records follow the account-retention rules below; Google controls its own records under its privacy policy. |
| Brevo email delivery | Recipient address, message content, delivery events and any recorded reminder consent. | Send verification, account, service and separately requested reminder emails. | Only when an applicable email is requested or triggered; a reminder requires the separate opt-in described below. | Message and delivery records follow support, security and legal needs plus Brevo’s applicable retention rules. |
| Generation provider disclosed for the feature | Center and selected side-performer media or references, background, fixed 16:9 performance instructions and task data; not your account email or profile name. | Create and return the requested AI-generated video. | Only when you explicitly submit a generation task after reviewing the provider and applicable limits. | Provider-specific retention, training and deletion limits are disclosed before submission. First-party deletion cannot guarantee immediate deletion of provider-controlled copies. |
| PayPal | Order, transaction, amount, currency, payment status and billing details entered with PayPal; we do not receive full card numbers or security codes. | Process one-time checkout, reconcile credits and handle refunds or disputes. | Only when you continue to PayPal and approve a payment; browsing plans alone sends no payment data. | Payment and credit records may be retained for accounting, tax, dispute and fraud-prevention duties; PayPal controls its own records. |
| Optional analytics: Google Analytics 4, Microsoft Clarity, Vercel Web Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights | Page path and title, interaction, broad device, approximate location, referrer, campaign and performance events. When you are signed in, Google Analytics 4 can receive an internal user ID. Purchase events can include an internal transaction ID, pack, currency and amount. We do not intentionally send photos, filenames, email addresses, prompts, full payment card numbers or security codes to analytics providers. | Measure website use, acquisition and performance and diagnose problems. | Only after you choose Allow analytics. These integrations remain off until then. | Withdrawing consent stops future optional loading and clears our attribution cookies, but does not automatically erase earlier provider records or necessary server logs. |
Provider policies: Google’s privacy policy, Brevo’s privacy policy, PayPal’s privacy statement, Microsoft’s privacy statement and Vercel’s privacy policy. The selected generation provider and its applicable documents will be disclosed before a generation can be submitted.
We may also disclose information when legally required, to address fraud or safety incidents, to protect legal rights, or in a business transfer subject to applicable protections and required notices.
5. Privacy and optional public display
We do not automatically publish uploads or final videos in a public gallery. Generating a video or accepting this policy does not give us permission to use it in examples, social posts or marketing. We require a separate, optional opt-in that identifies the final video and proposed use. Refusing does not affect generation. We do not publicly display original photos or character references.
Your content is not eligible for our public examples unless we separately ask for and obtain permission identifying the final video and proposed use. We do not feature content depicting minors. Permission for a multi-person video must cover everyone shown; the uploader’s permission alone does not replace their rights.
You may withdraw permission by emailing us. We will stop future use and remove displays under our control, subject to applicable law. We cannot retrieve copies others have downloaded or reposted.
Viewing and downloading videos through the site require sign-in to the account that created them. When you submit a generation task, the disclosed provider may receive time-limited links to the files needed for processing. Deleting a video from the site does not remove copies already downloaded or held by third-party providers.
6. Retention and deletion
| Data type | When it is kept and how to request removal |
|---|---|
| Local Gangnam Style AI Video setup and photos: | saved in your browser to restore the setup for up to 24 hours. Once that period passes, the setup is no longer restored and its stored copy is removed when it is next accessed. Use Clear saved setup and photos in the generator to remove the current draft sooner, or clear this site's browser data to remove local copies. |
| Uploaded photos and character references: | uploaded setup files carry a 24-hour expiry and are removed by scheduled cleanup. Cleanup runs periodically, not at the exact expiry time. A failed deletion is retried or may require manual follow-up, so actual removal can occur later. Generation-task inputs follow the task-specific period disclosed before submission and the same cleanup limitations. |
| Final videos: | final videos from submitted generations remain available under the retention rules shown in the account interface. Download a copy you want to keep before deleting it. |
| Generation-provider and model-operator copies: | For a submitted generation, provider-controlled copies follow the provider limits disclosed above. First-party deletion cannot guarantee immediate deletion of provider-controlled copies. Contact us with the task ID to request provider follow-up where a process is available. |
| Account and generation records: | while needed to operate your account and library, followed by retention needed for legal obligations, disputes or security. |
| Payment and credit records: | for applicable accounting, tax, dispute and fraud-prevention requirements, including records required after account deletion. |
| Intermediate files, support messages, diagnostics and backups: | we attempt to remove temporary video and thumbnail files from the processing server after each upload attempt. A failed cleanup may require manual follow-up. Support messages, diagnostics and backups are retained as needed for support, recovery or legal requirements. |
To request deletion: support@gangnamstyleaivideo.fun.
- Send the email from your account address and include the relevant task or video identifier.
- Say whether you want the associated photos, references, video and thumbnail removed, your account closed, or both.
For a submitted generation, the account interface shows which task states can be deleted and what first-party files are removed. This action does not close your account or erase browser drafts or provider-controlled copies.
For account closure or a separate privacy request, we will verify the request. We will explain what can be removed, what must be retained and the outcome. Contact support if task-file cleanup remains pending. Include the task ID if you request deletion of provider-controlled copies. Where the disclosed provider offers a request process, we will use it, but we cannot guarantee deletion by every underlying model operator.
We cannot promise immediate erasure or deletion of copies controlled by third-party providers.
The selected provider’s documented retention and deletion limits are disclosed before submission. A provider statement may not establish a deletion period for every fetched input, underlying model-operator copy, task log or backup; first-party deletion does not itself erase those copies.
7. Cookies and analytics
We use session cookies for sign-in and may store theme or language preferences in cookies or browser storage. Disabling necessary cookies can prevent sign-in or generation. Usage and performance integrations are described above; not every analytics service uses cookies.
| Cookie or browser storage | Purpose and duration |
|---|---|
| Local Gangnam Style AI Video setup and photos: | Selected photos and quality are saved in browser storage to restore the generator setup for up to 24 hours. The current draft can be cleared in the generator; clearing this site's browser data removes local copies. |
| Privacy preference cookie | Remembers your analytics choice for up to 180 days. It is needed to honor that choice. |
| First-touch attribution cookie | Records the first acquisition source after analytics consent for up to 400 days. Cleared when you withdraw consent. |
| Last non-direct attribution cookie | Records the latest qualifying acquisition source after analytics consent for up to 30 days. Cleared when you withdraw consent. |
| Optional analytics cookies and storage | After you allow analytics, Google Analytics may set _ga and related first-party measurement cookies, while Microsoft Clarity may set _clck and _clsk and use provider-controlled measurement storage. Vercel Web Analytics is designed without third-party tracking cookies. Provider-controlled durations and policies apply. Withdrawing consent stops future loading and removes the first-party analytics cookies this site can clear. |
| Sign-in and session cookies | Maintain authentication and security. Their duration follows the active session configuration; disabling them may prevent sign-in and generation. |
Use Privacy settings below or at the bottom of the site to accept or withdraw optional analytics consent. Optional analytics remain disabled until you consent. Withdrawal stops future optional analytics loading and clears the first-party Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity and attribution cookies that this site can remove. It does not automatically erase data previously sent to analytics providers, provider-controlled cookies or necessary server and security logs. Contact us about earlier account-linked attribution or analytics processing.
8. Your rights and requests
Your privacy rights depend on your location and applicable law. They may include the right to access, correct, delete or obtain a portable copy of personal data. You may also have rights to object to or restrict processing, withdraw consent and complain to a data protection authority. Applicable US state laws may provide appeal and opt-out rights. These rights and exceptions vary, and not every regional law applies to every request.
Email support@gangnamstyleaivideo.fun, preferably from your account address. Describe your request and include relevant generation identifiers if available. We may ask for proportionate information to verify your identity or your authority to act for someone else. Do not send passwords, payment credentials or identity documents. If further verification is needed, we will explain why and arrange a suitable method.
We respond within applicable legal deadlines, explain permitted extensions or refusals, and do not discriminate against you for exercising privacy rights. You can request review of a denial by replying to our response. Account settings currently do not offer complete correction, export or account-deletion controls. Revoking Google access does not delete your account or files.
9. Age and photo permissions
Gangnam Style AI Video is only for people aged 18 or older. Minors must not create an account, use the generator, purchase credits, upload photos or submit personal information. Meet any higher minimum age required where you live. We ask users to confirm that they are an adult in the generation form; we do not currently collect birth dates or independently verify age.
Every identifiable person in a lead or companion photo must be a consenting adult aged 18 or older. Obtain permission for this AI processing and the right to use each photograph. Do not upload minors, celebrities or public figures.
Upload only your own photo under the age and permission rules above, or a photo of an adult who has authorized this AI processing. The same rule applies to optional companions. Permission to generate is separate from permission to publish. If you or your child appear in an unauthorized upload, contact us to investigate, restrict use and address deletion under applicable law. If we learn that we collected information from an ineligible child, we will take steps to remove it as required.
10. Security and international processing
We use authenticated account access and encrypted connections for service requests. No transmission or storage method is completely secure. Historical media links and third-party processing have the limitations explained above. Contact us about suspected unauthorized access to your account or content.
We operate from the United States and serve users internationally. Providers may process information in the United States or in countries with different privacy laws. Our location does not mean all data stays in the United States. Where international transfers require safeguards, the relevant processing must use them. Contact us about the locations and safeguards that apply to your request.
11. Policy updates
We update the date on this page when our practices change. Material changes will receive an appropriate website notice or email notification, with fresh consent where required. An update does not itself authorize new public-display or model-training uses.
