Photo guide · Up to three adults
Gangnam Style AI With Friends
Plan the trio before uploading: choose the center, left, and right performers, collect one clear portrait per person, and know what the finished 15-second video includes.
Use one required center photo and optional left and right photos. Empty side positions use preset neutral adult companions. The fixed sequence opens with the group, gives each position a close-up, and returns to the center in a 15-second, 16:9 MP4.
| Center | Required · first close-up and ending |
|---|---|
| Right | Optional · second close-up |
| Left | Optional · third close-up |
01 · Understand the trio
How do friend photos enter the Gangnam Style AI flow?
The form separates the cast into a required center reference and optional left and right references. With two uploaded people, the remaining side position uses a preset neutral adult. The tool does not copy the center person into every empty role.
Choose the participants, collect separate clear portraits, assign the slots, and confirm that every adult agrees.
Group opening, center close-up, right close-up, left close-up, then a center-led group finish.
The timing is fixed: 0–2 seconds for the group opening, 2–4.9 for the center, 4.9–8.4 for the right, 8.4–12.3 for the left, and 12.3–15 for the center-led ending. AI video can still vary in likeness, hands, clothing, and motion, so review every participant before sharing.
02 · Before you start
Ask each friend for one clear portrait
A good request is specific: one recent portrait, one person in frame, face toward the camera, even light, no sunglasses or heavy filter. Ask for the outfit they are comfortable seeing in the result because clothing from the reference can influence the generated look.
| Check | Why it matters | Avoid |
|---|---|---|
| One person | Keeps each slot tied to one reference | Group selfies or collages |
| Visible face | Provides usable identity detail | Masks, sunglasses, blur |
| Adult consent | Covers AI processing and intended sharing | Children, strangers, public figures |
| Agreed outfit | Sets a clear expectation | Surprise use of an unwanted photo |
Consent to appear in a photo is not automatically consent to generate or publish an AI video. Explain both uses before uploading.
03 · Follow the workflow
Prepare a Gangnam Style AI video with friends in five steps
Use the tool after the group has chosen the cast, assigned each position, and agreed where the result may be shared.
- 01
Agree on the idea first
Tell both friends that their portraits will be used as AI references and agree on the intended audience. Permission should cover both generating the video and sharing the finished file.
- 02
Collect separate portraits
Ask each participant for one sharp photo containing only that adult. Separate files make the center, left, and right roles easier to distinguish than a single crowded group image.
Separate filesAdult consentClear facesNo public figures - 03
Assign the three slots
Put the lead person in the required center slot. Add the person who should take the third close-up to the left slot and the person who should take the second close-up to the right slot.
- 04
Choose the background
Select Seoul, Convenience store, Office overtime, Beach wedding, or Hotel lobby. You can also describe your own setting; this flow does not accept a background image upload.
- 05
Review the setup and sign in
Check every face and slot, confirm the 16:9 framing, and review the displayed credit cost. The tool asks you to sign in before a generation can start.
04 · Map the inputs
Know exactly what the friend setup produces
The current product creates one 15-second landscape MP4. HD uses 720p, completed files are saved to My Creations, and the final MP4 includes the reference clip audio used for timing. It does not clone any participant's voice or grant rights to third-party music.
| Item | Current setting | What it means |
|---|---|---|
| People | Center required; left and right optional | Empty side roles use preset neutral adults. |
| Background | Seoul, four scene presets, or custom text | One continuous setting across the sequence. |
| Video | 15 seconds · 16:9 · 720p HD · MP4 | Download from My Creations after completion. |
| Price and account | Sign-in required; from $9.99 for one HD video | The price is per video, not per person. |
See the current one-time packs on the pricing page. Credits are reserved when generation starts and consumed after success. Failed or blocked tasks release the reservation automatically; the refund policy explains quality-review and cash-refund rules.
05 · Review all participants
Check each friend in group views and close framing
Do not approve a group result after recognizing only the main performer. Watch from beginning to end and pause on moments where each person is closest to the camera. Compare face shape, hairstyle, clothing, and any distinctive feature with the assigned source.
The homepage example is a verified three-photo input-to-output pair generated with Seedance 2.0 Standard in a Beijing-night setting. The observed file is 14.869 seconds at 480p. It verifies the three-person sequence and slot order, but it does not guarantee identical likeness or the same quality from every new set of photos.
06 · Review before sharing
Fix input and permission problems first
Many group-video problems begin before generation: ambiguous photos, uncertain slot order, and different expectations about who can post the result.
Two faces look too similar
Use separate, well-lit portraits with one person per file. Avoid beauty filters that flatten distinctive features or group crops where faces are only a few pixels wide.
A friend appears in the wrong role
Check which file was assigned to Center, Left, and Right. The fixed role order guides the sequence, although identity details can still vary across generated frames.
A face changes during a close-up
Compare early and later frames. Try a sharper, front-facing source next time, but do not promise a deterministic fix: identity consistency remains an AI limitation.
Someone no longer wants the video shared
Do not post it. Permission should cover both using the photo and sharing the resulting video; a person can change their mind before publication.
If a participant's identity drifts, use the face-matching troubleshooting guide. If only one portrait is ready, compare the role behavior in the one-photo guide. The exported MP4 already includes the reference audio used for rhythm; it does not grant third-party music rights.
07 · Quick answers
Gangnam Style AI with friends FAQ
Do I need three photos?
No. The center photo is required, while the left and right photos are optional. Empty side slots use preset neutral adult companions.
Can I upload one group selfie?
This flow provides separate person slots. Prepare one photo per participant instead of assuming a group photo will be split into roles.
Which friend goes in each slot?
The center person appears in the first close-up and returns for the ending. The right person takes the second close-up, and the left person takes the third.
Can I make it with only one companion?
Yes. Add your friend to either the left or right slot. The remaining empty side position uses a preset neutral adult; it does not duplicate one of your uploads.
What photo should each friend send?
A sharp, front-facing adult portrait in even light, with one person in the file and no mask, sunglasses, or heavy filter.
What video do we receive?
The current HD result is a 15-second, 16:9, 720p MP4. Completed videos are saved to My Creations for download.
Does the video include sound?
Yes. The final MP4 includes the reference clip audio used for timing. The tool does not clone anyone's voice or grant rights to third-party music.
Does adding friends cost more?
No. The credit cost is per generated video, not per uploaded person. The current one-video HD pack starts at $9.99.
Is setup free, and do we need an account?
Choosing photos and configuring the trio is free. Generating uses credits and requires sign-in before submission.
What happens if generation fails?
Credits are reserved at submission and consumed after successful completion. Failed or blocked tasks release the reserved credits automatically.
Is the downloaded video guaranteed to have no watermark?
This guide does not promise a watermark-free result. Check the completed MP4 before publishing it and contact support if the file is materially different from the submission terms shown to you.
Can a friend withdraw permission?
Yes. If a participant no longer agrees, do not upload, generate from, or share their image.
Is the output vertical?
No. Every video uses a landscape 16:9 frame.
Read the terms and privacy policy with your group before uploading. Do not use a person's image after permission is withdrawn.
